Phantom titles. 
I am all but certain that the Dickens "A Tale of two Cities" that is listed in some bibliographies is a phantom book as is the Rita Kissin "Pete the Pelican".  Pete does exist but not as a Lawson illustrated book. (This note supplied by Russ Bernard)
